Refund policy
Items shipped or purchased in store have a 14 day return policy. Must be returned in original condition and still have tags attached. You will need a receipt to make a return!
We use digital receipts and do not print paper receipts. Southbound Marketplace will never sell your email or phone number. Items are stored on the Shopify business platform.
Credit/Debit Card purchases are easy to look up for returns, but cash sales cannot be located in the system. Ask for a receipt.
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Cash is refunded as cash. Credit/debit is refunded to the original card. If for some reason you no longer have that card, you will be given store credit and store credit only. Cash will not be refunded in that case.
Shipping fees will not be refunded. If we determine that there was an issue with the item on our end, shipping may be refunded in certain cases.
