Shipping policy

Southbound Marketplace is a multi vendor store - due to the nature of this business, we do not offer free shipping.

Items are usually shipped with 24 to 48 hours or sooner. Orders from Friday may be shipped on Saturday if possible. Orders from Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (under certain circumstances, seller may cover return shipping fees).

We mostly use USPS to ship - generally first class, regional flat rate, and flat rate. We pass along the savings we get as a business to our customers and only charge discounted rates. Larger and heavier items will be shipped with UPS.

We do not add extra insurance to orders ($50 is the most USPS covers). If you would like additional insurance added to your package, we can do that, but you need to ask for choose the option.
